When you apply hair color do not leave the color to dye or bleach on your hair more than the recommended time period.
Follow other good practices to avoid going bald. Practice a well-balanced nutritional diet and make sure that you are not deficient in any nutrient. Use a comb not a brush on wet hair. Use a moisturizer to hydrate your hair. If you are using a hair dryer or curling iron, make sure to use a heat protectant product. Seek immediate help if you see bald spots or experience excessive hair loss.
