Vitamins A, E, C and even Zinc can contribute to hair growth – so it would do well for you if you consciously start including them in your diet if you are already experiencing hair loss. You could start by including foods that contain them in your daily diet, but they are also available in capsules and tablets. Better still; get your doctor’s advice first.
